Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Complete WHS records
   • WHS records for own performance are completed in accordance with workplace requirements
   • WHS records and regulatory requirements for maintaining records of workplace injury and diseases are followed
2. Identify and report hazards and risks with BVLOS operations
   • BVLOS hazards and risks to operational objectives are identified
3. Hazard type and risk components are identified and dealt with in accordance with workplace standards and regulatory requirements
4. Hazards and risks in the workplace are reported to appropriate personnel in accordance with workplace procedures and regulatory requirements
5. Established emergency procedures and contingency plans in BVLOS operations are followed in an emergency
6. Contribute to managing aviation WHS/OHS in BVLOS operation
   • Fatigue risks are identified and communicated to designated personnel in accordance with workplace procedures and regulatory requirements
7. Other WHS issues are identified and communicated to designated personnel in accordance with workplace procedures and relevant WHS legislation
8. Participative contributions to WHS management in the workplace are made, in accordance with workplace procedures and provisions of relevant legislation
   • WHS records for own performance are completed in accordance with workplace requirements
9. WHS records and regulatory requirements for maintaining records of workplace injury and diseases are followed
